How to Celebrate World GEO Day

Publish GEO Research
A research contribution can ask whether a particular content change affects source attribution. State the hypothesis, describe the comparison and include enough detail for another researcher to evaluate the method.
Share a GEO Experiment
For a small experiment, choose a fixed query set and record the system, mode, date and answers before and after a documented content change. Repeat the queries and report differences rather than selecting only the most favorable answer.
Publish a Case Study
For a case study, explain the starting problem, what changed, the observation period and the outcome. Report citation observations separately from website visits or business results; do not present correlation as proof of cause.
Host a Discussion
Try a reading session: ask each participant to explain one method or limitation from the GEO paper, then compare what the study establishes with what remains to be tested.
Teach GEO
Give learners a hypothetical source and generated answer. Ask them to identify what information was used, whether it was attributed and whether its meaning was preserved. Finish by distinguishing citation from a visit to the source.
Recognize Contributors
Identify the contribution and explain what others can learn from it: a research method, a useful explanation or a well-documented experiment. Explore the World GEO Awards categories.
Join World GEO Day Activities
Organize a reading group, a short teaching session or a discussion on November 15. Publish a clear invitation with the topic, time, format and access details for your own activity.
Share World GEO Day
Share World GEO Day, the November 15 date and the full term Generative Engine Optimization. Include one useful research link or an invitation to your activity. The media resources provide a short description you can use.
