Privacy Policy

About This Policy

This policy describes how information is handled when you visit worldgeoday.com or contact World GEO Day. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

Last updated: October 2, 2026.

Information You Send by Email

If you email us, your message may include your name, email address and any information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, consider a correction or suggestion, and manage the related correspondence. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry.

Website Requests and Server Logs

Delivering a webpage requires processing connection information such as your IP address and browser request. Hosting services may record request details, timestamps, requested pages and errors in server logs for operation, security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and Analytics

This site does not currently set its own cookies or use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. It has no account registration, newsletter sign-up or on-site enquiry form. The email links open your email application; its provider handles sending your message.

Externally Hosted Fonts

The site loads fonts through Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s font servers to request the font files, which exposes connection information such as your IP address. Google describes its handling of font requests in its Google Fonts privacy explanation and Privacy Policy.

Service Providers and External Links

Hosting and email services process information needed to deliver the website and handle correspondence. Links to research sources, LLM Mastery and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. World GEO Day does not control those services.

Retention and Privacy Requests

Correspondence is retained as needed to respond to and manage an enquiry, maintain relevant records and meet applicable obligations. Server-log retention depends on the hosting service’s configuration. To ask about information held in relation to your correspondence, or request correction or deletion, contact [email protected]. We will consider your request in accordance with applicable requirements.

Changes to This Policy

We will update this page when the site’s data practices change. The date above identifies the most recent update. See our Contact page and Terms of Use.
